Drawing and art itself has always been a big part of my life. It helps me though the dark times, the hard times and the happy times. I always draw my emotions which is why it helps me cope though my depression and i know thats the classic - your an artist so you must be depressed or have a hard life. Art takes hold of each emotion - sadness, happiness, anger, fear and much more. Guess all I'm trying to say is just try to draw/sketch even if you may say "you cant draw" just trust me.
